Holiday Forms

Please ensure we have your holiday dates well in advance, we need 4 weeks notice to apply our 50% discount to your dates. Each child can take up to 15 days per academic year at 50% of their usual cost- here is a supply of forms, alternatively please take one from the parent notice board in the main hall or from the office.  When completed, please pass to your Room Leader, thanks.
